Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the approval and management of the Mortgage Loan department, and lead a team to meet monthly targets
- Evaluate risks and implement marketing strategies in relation to the company
- Prepare business and risk reports for monthly management meeting
Requirements:
- Diploma or above qualification, especially in Banking or Finance
- At least 3 years of experience in mortgage loans and in a management position
- Familiarity with loan application approval and telemarketing experience is preferable
