市場助理

主要職責：

• 策劃和管理所有大陸社交媒體平臺的戰略，包括內容創作、發佈和社區監控（例如微信、微博、抖音、小紅書等） 
• 制定、執行和跟蹤社交媒體平臺的促銷活動 
• 編制社交媒體網站活動效果報告，並收集市場情報 
• 監測大陸和全球簡體中文內容受眾的社交媒體趨勢 
• 管理大陸電子商務平臺 

職位要求：

• 大專或以上學歷，優先考慮傳播、市場行銷、新聞學、公關或相關專業 
• 至少1年社交媒體平臺實際工作經驗 
• 瞭解大陸數字和新媒體領域的社交媒體趨勢和最佳實踐 
• 有大陸商業行銷和電子商務經驗者優先考慮 
• 良好的溝通和專案管理能力 
• 積極主動、對數字行銷充滿熱情
  

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all mainland social media platforms strategy including content creation, posting and monitoring social community (such as, Wechat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu or etc) 
• Develop, execute and track Social Media platforms promotional campaigns 
• Compile reports on campaign effectiveness in social media sites and collect marketing intelligence 
• Monitor social media trends in mainland and global audience of simplified Chinese content 
• Manage the mainland e-commerce platforms 

  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR or related disciplines 
• Minimum 1 year practical experience in social media platforms 
• Understanding on social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors in mainland 
• Experienced in mainland business marketing and eCommerce will be an advantage 
• Good communication and project management skills 
• Aggressive, self-motivated and passionate in digital
