- Responsibilities
Perform daily support and maintenance to the application systems - Provide first-level help desk support services to internal users and provide technical solutions to end users
- Provide system support on Google workspace, website and mobile application management
- Provide network support on firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi system and VPN connection
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1 year or above of relevant IT help desk
- Experience in administration of IP Phone / Firewall / Ethernet switch / Network cabling / TCP IP is an advantage
- Experience on Mac OS,iOS, Windows OS, Android installation and configuration
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Fresh graduate also be considered
- Welcome non-local candidate
