Job Description
- Answer all incoming calls promptly, politely and helpfully
- Follow up reservations to ensure that all reservations are in good order
- Handle guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep record of all reservations through a well-organized filling system
Job Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Officer
