Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Admissions and Student Affairs Coordinator to join our school. As an Admissions and Student Affairs Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing admissions assessment and enrollment logistics, communicating with parents as well as maintaining students’ records.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct admissions assessment.
  • Manage enrollment logistics.
  • Communicate with parents and answer their inquiries.
  • Update students’ information and records.
  • Process new applications and help verify that all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Process financial aid applications.
  • Schedule parent meetings.
  • Attend all internal and external marketing and admissions events.
  • Translate marketing and admissions materials.
  • Contact/convert leads and record them in the CRM system.
  • Report on admissions status on a weekly basis.
  • Handle student affairs with Secondary students from China.
  • Support the Director of Admissions and Marketing on any admissions matters and events.
  • To execute other ad-hoc tasks as required.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • University degree or above in English Literature, public relations or related disciplines.
  • Native Mandarin speaker.
  • High proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal communication), fluency in Cantonese.
  • Strong computer skills particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Responsible, detail-minded, diligent, and flexible when working on multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and a positive “can do” spirit.
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage.
