IT Project Development Manager

 Duties: 

• Manage projects and provide support throughout the entire process, from presales to delivery 
• Consult with clients, identify needs, review requirements, outline project plans, develop specifications, make recommendations and propose solutions 
• Plan and control all phases of IT project including feasibility study, system analysis and design, resource estimation, testing, implementation and user
  training 
• Establish procedures and performance metrics to monitor technical performance and track project progress. 
• Manage and resolve problems in various aspects of projects 
• Negotiate and resolve the changing needs and requirements of customers 
• Develop quality assurance procedures to ensure the quality of project deliverables and increase customer satisfaction 
• Keep abreast of new technology and innovation trends 

  

  

Requirements: 

• Tertiary education in IT or Business Management 
• At least 3 years of IT project management and software development work experience 
• Solid technical background 
• Possess good knowledge of the PRC market and culture will be a plus 
• Strong multi-tasking, communication, management and leadership skills
