Marketing Assistant 市場助理 (Welcome Fresh Grad)

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with Local Store Marketing(LSM) initiatives for Hong Kong Restaurant, collaborating with the restaurant operations team to execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage day to day Social media operations, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to analyze and summarize market information, such as market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights
• Coordinate and monitor daily marketing activities of branches
• Assist in planning and executing brand events and promotions, coordinating with the headquarters and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Assist in conducting market research and surveys to gather customer feedback, evaluate satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies
• Support the marketing team with ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of marketing experience, preferably in a F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office applications(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Self motivated and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Good in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is required.
