Product Trainer

Mission
- To train & shared exceptional product knowledge, skills and sales techniques and service standards, to develop and drive Rene FURTERER’s businesses and meetproductivity & service expectations.
- Monitor business impact and provide feedback to the Brand team for continuous improvement and support to Retail stores network.
- Be accountable for specific projects as assigned. 

Job description
- Drive Rene FURTERER business for all POS, retail and hair salon.
- Coach BAs and hair professions on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Identify opportunities for brand development and further coaching, analyse success of training sessions.
- Support brand events such as pop up across all aspects from event planning, execution/support, presentation and set up
- Strategize with Brand team to develop, execute and review store action plans
- Create locally relevant content in the form of videos & product/selling tips for E-learning platforms

Job Qualifications & Specifications
- With 2 years of related experience of working as a trainer in haircare and/or skincare
- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Cantonese both written and spoken
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in video creation and editing
- Driven by sales and commercially aware
- Great communication skills with both customers and colleagues, always showing positivity and enthusiasm.
