Marketing Manager/ Executive

Job Description:

• Supervise the implementation of funding projects, establish and improve the company's product promotion, brand management, and market development activities.
• Formulate the company's product promotion strategy, follow up on the market promotion of the company's products, increase the company's market share, and support the sales department in achieving sales targets.
• Develop the company's market expansion activity plans, assist in the organization and implementation of market expansion activities, and ensure the smooth progress of the expansion activities.
• Conduct market research and analysis, study the development of industry peers, regularly conduct market forecasting and intelligence analysis, and provide a basis for the company's decision-making.
• Supervise the formulation and implementation of market activities and thematic promotions.

Requirement:

• 2 years of above experience in marketing / PR position, preferably working in cosmetics, skin care, FMCG industry
• Strong sense in digital and social media communication
• Strong connection with medias and influencers
• Creative, willing to work under tight schedules and high pressure
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player
