Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
l Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and
trends in the medical services industry
Customer Engagement:
l Conduct introductory calls and follow-ups with prospective clients
to generate interest in the company’s medical services
Sales Support:
l Support senior sales representatives in preparing proposals,
presentations, and sales materials
l Help manage and update the sales database with accurate client information
and communications
Relationship Management:
l Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients,
ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed
l Assist in organizing client meetings and follow up on action items
to ensure timely responses
Sales Reporting:
l Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management,
detailing progress toward sales targets and key activities
l Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaboration:
l Work closely with the cross-functional team to align
sales strategies to achieve sales target
l Perform
other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
l Tertiary education or above
l Minimum 2
years of experience (have related experience is perfectly but not must)
l Detail-oriented, independent, and well-organized
l Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving,
presentation, and organizational skills
l Highly customer-focused and results-oriented
l Proven experience in sales distribution and account management, with
knowledge and a network developed in the medical or healthcare field within the
region being advantageous
l Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
