Senior Digital and eCommerce Executive

Job responsibilities:

1)Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform functions on brand official website
2)Analyse the online sales performance and roll out effective campaigns to reach meet ecommerce KPI (traffic, conversion rate, transaction, sales and etc) with
monthly report
3)Develop and implement social media strategies
4)Maintain membership operations with excellent data analysis and CRM reporting skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
5)Develop and implement social media strategies

Requirements:
1)Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
2)At least 2 years of relevant work experience
3) Solid experience in e-commerce operations or social media operations with content creation
4)Digital agency background is welcome
5)High attention to detail, well organised and able to manage to successfully complete all deliverables
6)Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
7)Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese
8)Candidates with less experience may be considered as Digital and E-commerce Executive
9)Candidates with more experience may be considered as Digital and E-commerce Assistant Manager/ Manager
