Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager based in Hong Kong to oversee and drive our operations targeting the Turkish market. The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background, deep industry experience, and strategic leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence in Turkey.
- Manage sales, operations, and R&D initiatives to align with corporate goals.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless market execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Turkish clients and global partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years in the display technology sector (e.g., digital signage, LED displays, monitors, or TVs).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in China, with a strong understanding of its supplier and business environment.
- Certified HSK-3 (or higher) proficiency in Chinese.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of R&D experience in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Cre, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong background in structural assembly and design principles.
- Business professional-level proficiency in English.
- Native-level fluency in Turkish.
