物業管理經理 Property Manager

Job Duties:

· Supervise and manage the operation staff and contractors staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure the overall operations in the automated car park run smoothly

· Regularly assess staff performance and manage the quality of Operation Services to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and passenger’s satisfaction

· Maintain close communication with contractors to ensure the normal delivery of high-quality operational services

· Collaborate with the Airport Authority, Government Departments and key parties to ensure compliance with airport regulations and report incidents accordingly

· Be able to competently and promptly react and handle difficult situation including system failures, accidents, security threats and any emergency situations and ensuring staff are adequately trained to handle such situations effectively

· Manage overall daily operations through strategic advance planning and allocation of manpower and resources

· Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with security regulations to protect both staff and passengers

Job Requirements:

· Degree holder or above, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in which 5 years of experience in managing sizable team

· Good supervisory technique with fluent written/spoken skill in English, Chinese and Putonghua

· Good customer service handling and communication skill

· Possess valid driving license 01 & 02 with good driving record

· Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit issued under Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Chapter 460, The Laws of Hong Kong)

· Good technical skills such as road work, traffic management and first aid

· Relevant experience in law enforcement and possess knowledge in Road Traffic Ordinance and its subsidiary legislations, taxi operation and other transportation related regulation

· Able to report for duty in the event of emergency and/or operational requirement, those with travelling time of less than 30 minutes between workplace and home have an advantage to better meet this requirement

· Candidates with airport working experience in passenger / baggage handling /airport permit & license application / carparking management is highly preferred

This position requires shift work, with hours scheduled between 05:40 and 00:40, totaling 9.5 hours of work each day, including a 1-hour meal break, work 5-6 days a week (shift holiday).
