Management Trainee - Fresh graduate welcome

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation in all shops and in excellent states at all time
• Motivate sales team, provide regular staff training, and proper appraisal system
• Participate in inventory management functions, including keep track on the stock movement and inventory level of all stores, also make recommendation on regular stock re-allocation, replenishment and stock transfer.
• Expansion of new retail locations, including Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China
• Involve in developing and implementing sales strategy and business plan for retail
• Act as a key co-coordinator between retail team and related internal parties, in terms of administrative, sales and marketing etc.
• Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements :        

• A degree in any discipline
