Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in all aspects of IT management, including hardware, software, networks, systems administration.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
- Design and implement cloud platform architecture, and develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects implementation and ensure successful delivery
- Enhance support procedures, capacity planning, and incident management to ensure continual improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management with focus on infrastructure, networks and operations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure, and their associated services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
