Project Manager (Job Ref. No: PRO11)

Objectives:

• Responsible for the overall planning and operation of exhibition and event project.
• To work with in house production team in China for the production and execution of the project.
• To monitor the sub-contracting activities of the company including strategic planning and allocation of such resources
• To ensure compliance with local statutory and safety requirements
• To work with the production team and subcontractors to best achieve the quality deliverables for our clients.
• To consolidate and collaborate with the project team on the project and resources requirement. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the production plan and schedule of events to ensure that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Work with project teams to enhance production efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
• Oversee quality, production, and on-site operations as project management representative.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that all necessary supplies and services are available and delivered on time.
• Achieve on-time delivery and meet the quality standard.
• Prepare and manage project costing, and the post-event evaluation process to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for future events.

 

Requirements:

• Degree holder/Higher diploma, preferably in Operations Management, Engineering Management or Logistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in production or operation of exhibition and event related industries
• Good knowledge and awareness in project management especially for exhibition and event
• Strong communication, leadership, inter-personal and project management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure with minimal supervision, willing to work overtime to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interest in Event & Exhibition industry
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English
