Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibility:

1. Work closely with Marketing Manager to plan and execute an automated marketing plan aligning with sales strategies to maximize conversion or develop retail stores sales and business.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to create result-driven campaigns and optimize user experience, as well as excellent content production.
3. Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings, and industry best practice.
4. Content planning and copywriting for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials, including campaigns, newsletters, website social media.
5. Align with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of the content and its tone is consistent in a professional manner.
6. Support the marketing team with English/Chinese language proofreading, editing, copywriting, original content creation, etc.
7. Assist in organizing and executing seasonal marketing campaigns including but not limited to exhibitions, seminars, etc.
8. Assist production team to develop and produce videos for our channels and advertising campaigns
9. Analyze ongoing performance to identify campaign trends and sales promotion performance to ensure pro-active solutions are regularly proposed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent, experience in the nutrition/ beauty/health industry is a plus.
2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on relevant experience.
3. Highly driven and results-oriented work ethic with strong analytical skills .
4. Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
5. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior position.
6. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
7. Proficiency in using AI tools is highly preferred
