Job Title: Marketing Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong

We offer a comprehensive range of one-stop services, including event management, PR pitching, social media management, media placement, KOL product seeding, live streaming, and video and photo shooting. Our innovative team is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients, thriving on creativity, collaboration, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development and Management: Assist in the creation, planning, execution, and monitoring of clients' marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Market Research and Trend Monitoring: Conduct research to uncover trends and opportunities while staying updated on industry best practices to keep the agency competitive.
  • Client Engagement and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively, while collaborating with various teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Material Support and Content Development: Aid in producing marketing collateral, including brochures, social media posts, and newsletters, while creating engaging content for various platforms.
  • Event Support and Coordination: Participate in the planning and execution of events, providing on-site support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients and attendees.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytical tools, providing insights for improvement and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools) and graphic design applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Project Management and Collaboration: Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin as a plus.
  • Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience.
