**Requirements:**  

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, or Finance  

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the securities industry  

- Ability to follow company directives and service existing clients  

- Experience in formulating, reviewing, and updating operational procedures  

- At least 2 years of involvement in offshore bond issuance by PRC-based local government financing vehicles (LGFVs)  

- Familiarity with government procurement procedures, including extensive involvement in tendering for PRC government contracts  

- Extensive contacts and life experience in Central China, particularly in the City of Wuhan and surrounding areas, is a definite asset (but not mandatory)  

- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills  

 

**Duties:**  

- Supervise junior team members, originate and execute projects, and to extensive maintain client relationships. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain close relationships with investors  

- Develop strategic relationships with PRC financial institutions capable of collaborating on LGFV offshore financing engagements  

- Organize and lead the internal tendering team, establishing processes, procedures, and ethical standards  

- Support the Company’s debt capital markets origination team by providing research on target clients and logistical support in establishing local alliances in Central China  

- You will not participate in any activities regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) of Hong Kong or Mainland’s China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) unless and until you are properly licensed by these bodies.  

- Fluency in Mandarin is required  

 

**Compensation:**  

- Monthly base salary, plus generous performance-based bonuses
