Duties:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of electrical products and smart electronic devices.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual commitments.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
- Oversee the entire procurement process, from sample evaluation to bulk order placement, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Conduct supplier audits and risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and new product opportunities to enhance product offerings.
- Define product value propositions, key selling points, and target markets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support key client pitches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, product management, or business development, within the technology, electronics, or smart devices industry.
- Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and management, with an established network will be a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, and market trends.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
