Responsible Officer
- Handle end-to-end processes for license applications,renewals, and compliance matters with the Insurance Authority (IA).
- Manage day-to-day back-office operations of the insurance brokerage firm, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and
corporate policies.
- Provide professional guidance on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in the insurance brokerage industry, including a minimum of 2 years in managerial position.
- Currently holds Responsible Officer(RO) license for insurance brokerage firm (including but not limited to
long-term insurance business).
- Based in Hong Kong with permanent residency status or valid work visa.
- Established long-term relationships with industry partners and ability to obtain reference letters from multiple insurers.
- In-depth understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements. Proven ability to interpret regulatory frameworks and implement in daily operations
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
