Job Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Manager in coordinating with execution agency in all aspects of work including quotation, event planning and execution

- Maintain good relationships with participants and assist them with the logistics of application and adjudication with the support and help of agency

- Assist in data and questionnaire collection for the project completion report and related documents. 

- Travel overseas/ mainland China may be required for events and exhibition operation 

Requirements:

- Certificate/Diploma/University degree holder or above marketing/ communication/ exhibition or related disciplines;

- At least 4-5 years related experience in marketing, event management/ exhibition is preferred; Knowledge in design aesthetics and in handling technical issues of exhibition e.g. space requirements of exhibits and their set-ups at shows;

- Creative, willing to take challenges and can work under pressure in tight timeline; 

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Patient and able to handle multi-tasks accurately;

- Self-initiated, well-organized and attention to details;

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.
