Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

Job requirement

-Registered Pharmacist OR Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Science related discipline

-At least 3 years' quality assurance experience at supervisory level

-At least 3 years' working experience in a GMP certified factory at supervisory level

-Good command of English and Chinese

-Language proficiency in English and Cantonese and preferably Putonghua

-Good command of WORD and Excel

Job description

-To establish quality management system and procedure

-To compile and establish standard operating procedure directly related to product quality

-To verify specification and testing protocol related to the quality of materials and products

-To evaluate raw material vendors and vendors for the supply of material in direct contact with the product

-To co-ordinate with research and development and production staff to validate production process and procedure

-To co-ordinate with production staff on factory layout and purchase of facilities in the factory

-To participate in manufacturing facilities update

-To evaluate non-conformance report and complaint related to product quality

-To improve in-process control monitor

-To review production environment to minimize the possibility of cross contamination

-To monitor stability of finished product

-To manage internal quality audit

-To establish procedure for returned goods and non-conforming product including expired materials

-To design training program to factory staff and workers

-To take up research and development responsibility in the absence and Research and Development Head

-To co-ordinate product recall

-To oversee QC Department
