Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process (corporate and individual clients)
  • Conducting KYB (Know Your Business) and KYC due diligence, including UBO identification and verification
  • Performing risk assessments and assigning appropriate client risk ratings
  • Reviewing and analysing KYT (Know Your Transaction) alerts
  • Conducting ongoing transaction monitoring and investigating suspicious activities
  • Communicating directly with clients during onboarding and periodic reviews to request and clarify documentation
  • Escalating high-risk cases and suspicious transactions where necessary
  • Maintaining accurate compliance records and audit trails
  • Supporting periodic reviews and remediation projects
  • Assisting with regulatory reporting where applicable
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AML/compliance within financial services, payments, fintech, or banking
  • Strong practical knowledge of KYB, KYC, KYT, AML/CTF frameworks
  • Experience with transaction monitoring systems and compliance tools
  • Ability to assess complex corporate structures and identify beneficial ownership
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
