We are a fast-growing Hong Kong-based fintech building core financial infrastructure for fintechs and small banks. Through a single integration, we offer settlement accounts, FX, on/off-ramp, cards, QR payments, and acquiring solutions.
We’re looking for a results-driven FI Manager to own and grow relationships with banks and financial service providers, leading their onboarding across multiple innovative products.
What You’ll Do:
- Researching, reaching, communicating and onboarding with Financial Institutions and Providers
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes covering commercial, compliance, and operational aspects
- Serve as the primary contact for all FI partners, ensuring smooth collaboration
- Support product launches across accounts, FX, cards, QR payments, acquiring, and on/off-ramp
- Build and maintain a strong fintech network locally in Hong Kong and globally
- Note: For regulatory compliance, this role requires passing the regulator’s fit & proper assessment.
How Success Is Measured:
- Number of FI partners onboarded
- Time-to-onboard efficiency
- Number of live products per partner
- Partner activation and ongoing usage
- We value ownership, proactivity, and the ability to deliver results independently without micromanagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with banks, EMIs, PSPs, or payment providers
- Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure and payment products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, independent, and execution-oriented mindset
- Based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate
- Bonus: existing fintech or banking network in Hong Kong
