ERP MRO Specialist

A. Key Responsibilities: 

1. ERP System Maintenance & Development (SAP B1): 

· Technical Support: Perform hands-on troubleshooting for SAP B1 functional and technical issues. 

· Report Customization: Utilize Crystal Reports to design, modify, and optimize business documents (Invoices,
Picklists, Labels). 

· Data Management: Write and execute SQL Queries for data analysis, system auditing, and generating customized reports for management and accounting. 

· Master Data: Maintain Item/BP Master data and ensure the integrity of the database. 

· Documentation: Draft and maintain User Manuals (SOPs) and project documentation. 

2. General IT Support & Infrastructure: 

· Provide daily support for hardware, software, and network connectivity (PC, Wi-Fi, LAN). 

· Manage and troubleshoot office peripherals, with a focus on Label Printers and High-speed printers. 

· Coordinate with external vendors for hardware maintenance and MRO-related tasks. 

 

 B. Requirements: 

Technical Skills (Essential): 

· Proficiency in SQL (MS-SQL or HANA); ability to write queries and extract data independently. 

· Hands-on experience in Crystal Reports (Layout design, formula editing, and grouping). 

· Experience: 1-2 years of ERP Support experience (SAP B1 experience is a strong advantage, but other ERPs like HANA S4 or MS Dynamics will be considered).  

 · Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.  

 · Good team player, able to influence others and work in multi-cultural environment. 

 · Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. 

 · Basic Japanese (spoken and written)  

 · JLPT N2 and N1 would be a strong advantage
