BIM Specialist

 Duties: 

Ÿ Develop, maintain, and update BIM models in strict accordance with
project standards and requirements.  

Ÿ Lead and support the creation and management of BIM workflows,
templates, and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.  

Ÿ Establish and oversee quality assurance processes, including clash
detection, model auditing, and reviews to identify and resolve design conflicts
proactively.  

Ÿ Ensure data accuracy and model integrity throughout all project
phases, from concept through construction and handover. 

Ÿ Collaborate closely with surveyors and layout technicians to
guarantee precise alignment between BIM models and field conditions.  

Ÿ Conduct periodic field verification scans, comparing as-built
conditions against BIM models to validate and improve model fidelity.  

Ÿ Facilitate seamless BIM integration by coordinating with internal
teams and external stakeholders.  

Ÿ Oversee the creation, review, and coordination of 3D and 4D
(scheduling-integrated) models to support project visualization and sequencing. 

Ÿ Stay current with emerging BIM technologies, tools, and industry
best practices, continuously improving workflows, deliverables, and team
capabilities. 

  

Requirements: 

Ÿ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related
field. 

Ÿ 3-5 years of
experience in BIM coordination or visualizer roles 

Ÿ Strong knowledge of BIM software and related tools. 

Ÿ Problem-solving mindset with strong technical background. 

Ÿ Excellent visualization, communication and team coordination skills.
