Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, site supervision, and project management roles within the construction and engineering industries.
- Screen and shortlist CVs, conducting initial technical interviews to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, project experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future client staffing needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, project scopes, and organizational culture.
- Translate client briefs into precise, technically accurate job specifications by asking targeted questions to clarify role expectations and technical requirements.
- Provide clients with market intelligence, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends specific to the engineering and construction sectors.
- Offer career advice and market insights to engineering candidates, including salary expectations, interview preparation, and growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates by acting as a trusted industry advisor.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations, safety certifications, technical standards, and emerging trends relevant to engineering and construction sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction, engineering services, site-based roles, or project coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical fluency in engineering and construction terminology, with a good understanding of industry standards and practices.
