 Responsibilities  

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, site supervision, and project management roles within the construction and engineering industries.  
  • Screen and shortlist CVs, conducting initial technical interviews to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, project experience, and cultural fit.  
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future client staffing needs.  
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, project scopes, and organizational culture.  
  • Translate client briefs into precise, technically accurate job specifications by asking targeted questions to clarify role expectations and technical requirements.  
  • Provide clients with market intelligence, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends specific to the engineering and construction sectors.  
  • Offer career advice and market insights to engineering candidates, including salary expectations, interview preparation, and growth opportunities.  
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates by acting as a trusted industry advisor.  
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations, safety certifications, technical standards, and emerging trends relevant to engineering and construction sectors. 

  

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related technical discipline.  
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction, engineering services, site-based roles, or project coordination is highly desirable.  
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Technical fluency in engineering and construction terminology, with a good understanding of industry standards and practices.
