Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software solutions across multiple digital products.
- Design, develop, and enhance backend services and business applications.
- Work closely with Software Engineers across different product areas to deliver high-quality software and promote engineering best practices.
- Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and production support.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support software deployment, release management, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Experience in analyzing business & data requirements, data gathering, data cleansing, and data preparation
- Passionate about data integrity with keen attention to accuracy and detail
- Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
