Logistics Operation Executive

Your Role: 

·  Manage daily attendance, leave records, payroll data verification, and access card administration.

·  Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

·  Prepare petty cash, process invoices, handle billing submissions, and support payment processing activities.

·  Consolidate and maintain operational, project, and financial data for reporting purposes.

·  Assist in preparing performance and financial reports with a high level of accuracy.

·  Coordinate delivery projects and liaise with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

·  Support OSH training arrangements and maintain related compliance and documentation records.

 

To succeed in this role:

• Tertiary education or above in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations, with experience in Retail, FMCG, or eCommerce environments being a plus.
• Proven negotiation, influencing, and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent people skills that enable teamwork and effective partnership with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure.
