Fund Accountant Internship/ Placement

Job Description

• Perform fund operations work including NAV calculation, trade settlement, cash and positions reconciliation, payment arrangement, reporting, subscription/ redemption handling.
• Monitor day-to-day fund administration including liaison with fund administrator, prime brokerage, and vendors etc. regarding operations.
• Perform reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in preparing reports for compliance and regulatory purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze financial performance.
• Assist in KYC review task; compliance and risk management issue.
• Handle office administration and other ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting/ Business and other related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experience of fund accounting/ fund operations/ audit in HK
• Proficient in Python, VBA, macro skill
• Mature, Fast learner, Detail-oriented, Well-organized
• Good communication and able to work independently
• A team player with self-motivated, responsible, efficient
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
