Job Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy Planning and Implementation

1. Lead the formulation, iteration, and tracking of the company's medium- and long-term development strategies, taking into account industry trends, competitive landscape, and the company's business stage to provide actionable strategic paths

2. Establish a strategic review mechanism, regularly assess business progress and strategic deviations, and promote cross-departmental collaboration to implement key strategic initiatives

3. As a member of the core decision-making team, participate in major business decisions and provide strategic perspectives for analysis and recommendations

 

Financing and Capital Market Operations

1. Coordinate the entire process of the company's equity financing, including financing plan design, valuation negotiations, investor coordination, due diligence coordination, and transaction closing

2. Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential investors (VC/PE, strategic investors, industrial capital), manage investor communication and information disclosure

3. Monitor capital market dynamics, assess and promote capital operation opportunities such as listing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic cooperation

 

Investment Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Development

1. Identify, screen, and implement investment, merger and acquisition, and business cooperation opportunities based on the company's strategic direction, covering target identification, business judgment, financial and legal due diligence, transaction structure design, and post-investment management

2. Conduct industry research and value assessment on potential investment targets and provide investment decision recommendations

3. Promote strategic investments and business synergy to ensure post-investment value realization

 

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or above from top universities both domestically and internationally, majoring in finance, economics, business or related fields is preferred; those with a master's degree or MBA from an overseas university are given priority.

 

Work Experience

1. At least 10 years of working experience, with strategic consulting experience from top management consulting firms (such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain), as well as investment management experience in the strategic investment departments of leading internet/technology companies or first-tier investment institutions (VC/PE)

2. Have a complete experience in leading financing transactions and investment and merger and acquisition projects from scratch, and be familiar with the entire transaction process

 

Core Competencies

1. Strong strategic thinking and business insight ability, able to extract key judgments from complex information and form executable plans

2. Solid financial foundation, proficient in financial modeling, valuation analysis and investment return calculation
