You should possess a pragmatic mindset and the high-level interpersonal and communication skills necessary to ensure that all of the employees under your care continue to enjoy fulfilled working lives.We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Human Resources Advisor.Principal responsibilities:

  • To provide advice, guidance and coaching, in relation to complex customers enquiries across aspects of HR Services. Relationship manage and co-ordinate support for multi-stranded enquiries to staffs
  • Act as a primary query handling support for Premier Services, providing end to end co-ordination and quality assurance of query and transaction resolution
  • Provide solutions and recommendations to business for general HR matters and staff issues
  • Act as escalation point to resolve business-specific problems or to coordinate multiple HR specialists to resolve complex people issues
  • Support the Change journey for People managers around a broad range of HR Processes
  • Give support and encourage business the adoption of HR Systems and tools
  • Support complex interpretation of policy and procedures, and provide oversight of some complex events working with the HR Business Partner and specialist teams where relevant
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the service modelRequirements:
  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in human resources management with solid experience as HR Generalist and advisory services within a sizable organization, preferably with exposure to finance or professional services industries
  • With experience on handling Employee Relations (ER) cases
  • Proactive with strong business acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills
  • Well-versed in communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
