Duties:

  • Handle customers' enquiries on software products and services.
  • Conduct product training to customers.
  • Perform product testing and administrative tasks.
  • User requirement gathering.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or equivalent.
  • Familiar with MS Office and Word Processing (English & Chinese).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mature, self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic working environment.
  • Self-motivated responsible, hard-working and a good team player.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
