Duties:
- Handle customers' enquiries on software products and services.
- Conduct product training to customers.
- Perform product testing and administrative tasks.
- User requirement gathering.
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated or equivalent.
- Familiar with MS Office and Word Processing (English & Chinese).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Mature, self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic working environment.
- Self-motivated responsible, hard-working and a good team player.
- Immediate available is preferred.
