Personal Assistant / Secretary
Job Duties:
● Managing diaries and organizing appointments and meetings
● Providing secretarial and administrative support to the team
● Preparing documents for insurance application, underwriting and claims
● Preparing recruiting documents for new agents and communicating with the company
● Reminding team members about important dates, eg. client's payment date, course or exam dates, etc.
Requirement:
● Self-motivated and work independently
● Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
● Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and word typing
● Immediately available is Highly preferred
● Fresh graduate are also welcome
