Retail Operation Assistant / Associate

• Job Responsibilities: 
• Work closely with internal departments on brand building activities;
• Provide full administrative service to operation team and retail shops, including but not limited to sourcing, ordering & replenishing of general supplies and package materials, handles the maintenance & repair of stores fixtures, music licenses, telephone lines installations of shops;
• Liaise with agencies & production house for advertisement production;
• Manage retail display to maximize brand and products exposure;
• Perform quality checks and shop visits to ensure complete implementation of visual merchandising materials according to the guideline and standard;
• Provide daily operation support and assist in a full range of e-commerce, including product listing preparation, support product shooting, video filming and editing, and CRM program;
• Assist in location search, liaison with landlord and/or other brands/business units for business development;
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior. 

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Commerce, Marketing & Communications, Journalism, New Media Technology or related fields in Fashion retail is an advantage;
• At least 2 years relevant experience gained in fashion retail, e-commerce, new media, marketing and PR or related industries;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, digital cameras usage and design software e.g. illustrator, Photoshop, ai;
• Candidate with experience in photography, graphics and design, and digital imaging is an advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Dynamic with good fashion and market sense;
• Outgoing, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
