Responsibilities:
- Interface with internal and external customers to handle inbound customer queries
- Resolves clients’ service requests related to Trade Finance
- Handle enquiries related to trade and trade L/C
- Provides advisory service or insight to cope with customer needs, if needs.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma Holder
- At least 1 year experience in Banking Customer Servicing
- Experience in trade finance would be advantageous
- Customer oriented and positive attitude
- Fluent in Cantonese is a must. (Fluent English and Mandarin is an advantage)
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
About Work:
- Working Location: Kwun Tong
- Working time: Monday-Friday (9:00-18:00)
- Comfortable working environment
