Responsibilities:

  • Interface with internal and external customers to handle inbound customer queries
  • Resolves clients’ service requests related to Trade Finance
  • Handle enquiries related to trade and trade L/C
  • Provides advisory service or insight to cope with customer needs, if needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma Holder
  • At least 1 year experience in Banking Customer Servicing
  • Experience in trade finance would be advantageous
  • Customer oriented and positive attitude
  • Fluent in Cantonese is a must. (Fluent English and Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications

About Work:

  • Working Location: Kwun Tong
  • Working time: Monday-Friday (9:00-18:00)
  • Comfortable working environment
