Responsibilities:
- Investigate production issues and participate in system operation improvement
- Document user calls, issue resolution, and related processes and procedures
- Provide troubleshooting and basic problem solving techniques on system, software, hardware and network issues
- Work in IT technical support and troubleshooting
- Develop and assist in maintaining required technical documentation
- Answer questions and resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from a remote location
Requirements:
- A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Excellent active listening skills
- Expertise in current computer hardware and software
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
- A team oriented individual, adaptive and get along well with colleagues
- Passionate towards computer science/engineering
- Eager to learn, develop new skill sets, and think and work independently
