Responsibilities:

  • Investigate production issues and participate in system operation improvement
  • Document user calls, issue resolution, and related processes and procedures
  • Provide troubleshooting and basic problem solving techniques on system, software, hardware and network issues
  • Work in IT technical support and troubleshooting
  • Develop and assist in maintaining required technical documentation
  • Answer questions and resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from a remote location

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Expertise in current computer hardware and software
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • A team oriented individual, adaptive and get along well with colleagues
  • Passionate towards computer science/engineering
  • Eager to learn, develop new skill sets, and think and work independently
