Responsibilities:
Presentation on company’s products, services and solutions
Construct, design and propose a cost-effective solution for potential customers
Involve in initial planning and design of projects and transform business requirements into technical specifications
Support post-sales team during project implementation
Assign to complete technical tasks including Pre-sales, Project implementation and
Post-sales activities
Provide professional services on testing, project deployment, solution integration and troubleshooting to fulfil customer’s requirements
Prepare proposal and tender documents in response to clients’ requirements (technical & commercial)
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information System / Technology or related disciplines
At least 3-year IT solution experience, in pre-sales or technical support capacity, includes proposal preparation, presentation and demonstration is preferable
Self-initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Experience with ITSM, BI, ITOM solution is an advantage (e.g. BMC Remedy ITSM / ServiceNow, Ivanti, Tableau, Qlik, Elasticsearch, Splunk, eG Innovations, ManageEngine)
Possess ITIL(v3) certification is a must
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese / Mandarin
Proficient in documentation and presentation skills
