Responsibilities: 

Ÿ Presentation on company’s products, services and solutions 

Ÿ Construct, design and propose a cost-effective solution for potential customers 

Ÿ Involve in initial planning and design of projects and transform business requirements into technical specifications 

Ÿ Support post-sales team during project implementation 

Ÿ Assign to complete technical tasks including Pre-sales, Project implementation and 

Ÿ Post-sales activities 

Ÿ Provide professional services on testing, project deployment, solution integration and troubleshooting to fulfil customer’s requirements 

Ÿ Prepare proposal and tender documents in response to clients’ requirements (technical & commercial)     

Requirements: 

Ÿ Degree in Computer Science, Information System / Technology or related disciplines 

Ÿ At least 3-year IT solution experience, in pre-sales or technical support capacity, includes proposal preparation, presentation and demonstration is preferable 

Ÿ Self-initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision 

Ÿ Experience with ITSM, BI, ITOM solution is an advantage (e.g. BMC Remedy ITSM / ServiceNow, Ivanti, Tableau, Qlik, Elasticsearch, Splunk, eG Innovations, ManageEngine) 

Ÿ Possess ITIL(v3) certification is a must 

Ÿ Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese / Mandarin 

Ÿ Proficient in documentation and presentation skills
