"URGENT" Client Service Assistant, Payment ServiceOvertime work is Needed with pay + Peak Season BonusContract: ASAP – Dec 31, 2020 (Subject to extension)
Salary: $16,000-$16,500/mth + OT + Peak Season Bonus + 13 Pay leaveWorking Days: Mon-Sat: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Average 5.5 days per week)
Working Location: Kowloon/ Hong Kong Island (Subject to the operation needs; mainly Quarry Bay)
Counter Service Operations
- Maintain counter service operations in order to follow company payment guidelines
- Provide accurate and efficient premium collection services to customers, agents and brokers
- Conduct survey to customers / agents / brokers
- Collect premium properly, and issue receipts correctly
- Maintain proper files and records of office
Backend Duties (Partial)
- Handle payment enquires properly to enhance customer experience
- Respond to email inquiries from other departments assigned by Manager
- Answer & handle payment inquiries at counter
Other Responsibilities
- Support and participate all assigned ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superior*
Requirements
- Higher Diploma above or equivalent with Cashier/ Payment/ Customer Services experience is preferred
- Flexible, stable, responsible, willing to learn & detail minded person
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Good command in Mandarin & Cantonese
- Basic PC skills
