Responsibilities
- Handle daily inquiries and requests from customers via inbound call and email
- Communicate with customer effectively in line with company’s policies and available procedures
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain possible solutions, and ensure that clients feel valued
- Provide professional customer service in order to establish and enhance customer relationship
Requirements
- High Diploma in Finance or any related discipline
- At least 1 years’ work experience in banking customer service industry
- Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Customer service oriented and problem-solving skills
- More experience will be considered as a senior role
Benefits
- Salary: $16,000 - $20,000
- 5-day work week (on shift)
- 14 days annual leave
- Medical Coverage since commencement date
