Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or tertiary graduate with professional qualifications, preferably in insurance or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years’ working experience in handling claims or insurance industry
- Have knowledge of insurance principles/claims procedures and policies is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
Job Duties:
- Assist the manager to handle various types of cargo claims
- Handles cargo claims according to the terms and conditions of Bill of Lading
- Communicate and co-ordinate the processing and settlement of claims with insurance company, surveyors and external solicitors
