Claims Executive

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or tertiary graduate with professional qualifications, preferably in insurance or related disciplines 
• At least 1-2 years’ working experience in handling claims or insurance industry 
• Have knowledge of insurance principles/claims procedures and policies is preferred  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Proficient in MS Office applications 
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills 
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines 
• Fresh graduate will also be considered 

Job Duties:

• Assist the manager to handle various types of cargo claims 
• Handles cargo claims according to the terms and conditions of Bill of Lading 
• Communicate and co-ordinate the processing and settlement of claims with insurance company, surveyors and external solicitors
