(Assistant) Administrative Manager - Operations Support
· Supervise a team for daily admin support to branch
· Prepare sales and analytics and staff personnel reports
· Catering or Retail admin experience preferred
· Supervise a team to perform dailyadministrative services to branches, including but not limited to following up andsupporting store operations, POS system management, expenses claims, invoices &payment and staff personnel matters.
· Provide a wide range of secretarialand administration support to senior management, such as quotations and retailmanagement reports, agenda and minutes preparation, and new businessdevelopments, etc.
· Liaise with both internaldepartments and external vendors for different initiatives and to continuously supportadministrative effectiveness and efficiency
· Assist in preparing staff personnelbudget & costings regularly
· Perform ad-hoc projects andassignments
· Tertiary educated or above inBusiness, Retail & Hospitality or relevant discipline
· Minimum 3 years working experience inadministrative functions, preferably from catering or retail industry
· Know-how on Photoshop and familiarwith knowledge of food and products photography, light setting
· Strong business acumen, analyticaland numerical sense
· Good accountability, organized, focus-minded
· Good interpersonal skills and ableto work independently
· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel andPowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, etc.
· Good command of written and spokenEnglish and Chinese;
