Duties
- Perform daily IT operation tasks and provide first lineIT Helpdesk support to staff
- Supervisor help desk tickets/resolutions, and provided overall assistance in daily administration of HK English centers
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to network and server equipment
- Solicit IT infrastructure requirements from business and develop requirement documents
- Conduct system health checks covering network, voice, computer operations, end-user computing facilities, data storage and server
- Liaise with Head Office teams and local vendors/ suppliers on new infrastructure set up, including technical support provision, procurement, maintenance, and invoicing documentation.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related disciplines
- Over 2 years of work experience in network and server administration
- Solid technical background in IT enterprise services including infrastructure networks, hardware, telecommunications, video conference and data center set up and operations
- Excellent I.T knowledge with MCSE is highlypreferred
- Strong communication skills in both writtenand spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
