Human Resources Internship (3-4 days per week)
Job Description
· Support the team to develop and execute Team Lead plans
· To carry out general clerical duties such as data entry, arrangeinterview schedule, greeting candidates for interview, scanning & filing
· Updates and filing staff record & leave record
· Assist in recruitment projects, includes but not limits to onsite recruitment,phone interview, answer enquiry, etc.
· Assist to other ad hoc projects as required
Skills & Requirements
· Full-time undergraduate or diploma students, preferably with major inHuman Resources, Marketing, Communications or other Business-related discipline;
· Excellent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarinpreferred;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing and digitalcommunication is a plus.
